Delivery models measure the wrong thing
A licensed curriculum is designed to be repeatable across many venues, which makes completion the natural measure of success. Completion is easy to report and weakly connected to capability — a child can finish every module and still never have made a decision that cost them something.

Why real consequence changes the learning
When a child sets a price, spends their own money on stock and hears a stranger say no, the feedback is immediate, specific and impossible to ignore. Research on project- and problem-based learning consistently finds stronger transfer when the task is authentic and the audience is real — see our evidence page for sources.

AI has widened the gap
Content delivery is exactly the part of education that AI has made abundant. Judgement, taste, salesmanship and the willingness to start are the parts it has made more valuable. A programme built to deliver content is optimising the abundant half.

What STEM gets right
Foundational scientific and mathematical literacy matters enormously and we do not replace it. School does that job. We add the commercial layer that school has no room for.

Packaged STEM builds foundational literacy. Real-venture enterprise training builds the commercial capability that decides whether that literacy ever turns into an outcome.

- Coding club vs entrepreneurship
A coding club teaches a child to build software. An entrepreneurship club teaches a child to find a problem worth solving, build something for it and sell it. Coding is the narrower, deeper skill; enterprise is the broader capability that decides whether any skill gets used. For Grades 6 to 9, enterprise usually transfers further.
- Robotics vs real ventures
Robotics teaches engineering thinking inside a closed problem with a known solution. A real venture teaches the same persistence in an open problem where nobody knows the answer and a customer decides whether the work was any good. Robotics builds precision; ventures build judgement, pricing and resilience.
